Skøllmann Brewery

In October 2020, Jonas and Tom started their dream: their own microbrewery. They started as a beer firm, but always had ambitions to open their own brewhouse.

In April 2023, that dream came true. Sanapolis Sijsele, a building of great historical value, offered them the chance to achieve their brewing dream.

In their brewhouse, they develop, brew and bottle their own recipes. No typical Belgian beers, but international styles with a corner.

No Bøllshit, just craftbeer!
