What started at the bar quickly grew into a popular Instagram page where Leander shares a craft beer in his garden every day and gives his opinion about it. In addition to tasting and discovering all these delicacies, he organized various food pairings.
The idea of developing our own beer started to grow more and more. Between teaching, a course in zythology and flexi-jobs in the catering industry, he started thinking, writing and the first beer was brewed.
Leander's goal is to search for, make and present beers with a unique taste palette and a story. This combination provides an educational and interactive tasting where beer and fun are central.
