Amateur brewer Peter De Munckhas always been a beer lover and a regular visitor to beer fairs and that inspired Peter De Munck to start brewing himself. 'I bought all the necessary material and started trying, with small quantities of 20 liters. I started with a basic recipe and then did my own thing with it," explains Filip, who received enthusiastic support from his wife Ellen during the brewing process. Up to 20 liters are brewed at home, larger quantities are exported together with Bryggia Brewery (beer company).
