At the request of Thai restaurant Kai Fa, brewer Jef Pirens designed from the D'oude Maalderij de Farang brewery. A triple with a “spicy” side. The galanga in the recipe provides a spicy and fresh finish that leaves no one untouched.

Farang means thais dialect for "white foreigner" or more beautifully: tourist. Perfect name for this beer: a white triple with Thai influences.

This beer is brewed in D'Oude Maalderij's own brewery.
