Brewery Dilewyns

Vincent Dilewyns is the founder of Dilewyns Brewery in 1999. After many experiments with different yeasts, malts and hops, the tripel was first fine-tuned. Vicar was born. 
Although it was not initially the intention to sell the home-brewed beers, this changed after participating in the Zythos beer festival that was held in Sint-Niklaas in 2006. Vicaris won a number of prizes, with the positive result that the beers were commercialized. 
In February 2011, a first brew was brewed in our own installation: Quinto, a festive beer for the opening of the new brewery.
