Collection: Brewery Dilewyns

Vincent Dilewyns is the founder of Brewery Dilewyns in 1999. After many experiments with different yeasts, malts, and hops, the tripel was first perfected. Vicaris was born. 

Although it was not initially the intention to sell the homebrewed beers, this changed after participating in the Zythos beer festival held in 2006 in Sint-Niklaas. Vicaris won several awards, resulting in the positive outcome that the beers were commercialized. 

In February 2011, the first brew was made in its own facility: Quinto, a celebration beer for the opening of the new brewery.
