Amateur brewer Peter De Munck has always been a beer enthusiast and a regular visitor to beer fairs, which inspired Peter De Munck to start brewing himself. ‘I acquired all the necessary equipment and started experimenting with small batches of 20 liters. I started with a basic recipe and then added my own touch,’ reveals Filip, who received enthusiastic support from his wife Ellen during the brewing process. Up to 20 liters are brewed at home; larger quantities are produced together with Bryggia Brewery (beer company).
