Brewery Dok Brewing Company – Ghent craft beer pioneers with taste and vision

Dok Brewing Company is an innovative microbrewery and brewpub located in Hall 16 at Dok Noord in Ghent, where craft beer and hospitality come together. What once started as a shared dream of three passionate Ghent beer lovers has grown into a vibrant meeting place for locals and visitors from home and abroad. 

At Dok, it’s all about creativity and diversity: their setup is designed to brew a wide range of styles — from fresh and hoppy to dark and experimental — and each recipe is approached with care and boldness, often brewed only once to push the boundaries of flavor. 

In the cozy taproom in Hall 16, you can not only taste their own beers but also enjoy more than 30 taps with Belgian and international beers, along with flavorful dishes from RØK Barbecue or BØEF burgers.
