Stijn Temmerman, founder of Heidebier .be, grew up in the rolling Pajottenland and is married to a brewer's daughter from the Waasland. He started in 2006 with a Kester Kermisbier. Kester, the village of youth, wants to maintain its legend: “The Tongsneyders der Kester Heyde”. The Heide, mysterious and located at the top of the witness hill, houses one of the cruelest legends that our Belgian country is rich.
