Collection: Skøllmann Brewery
In October 2020, Jonas and Tom started their dream: their own microbrewery. They started as a beer company, but always had the ambition to open their own brewery.
In April 2023, that dream came true. Sanapolis Sijsele, a building with great historical value, offered them the opportunity to realize their brewing dream.
They develop, brew and bottle their own recipes in their brewery. No typical Belgian beers, but international styles with a twist.
No Bøllshit, just craft beer!
