Burning Skoll

This hoppy and thirst-quenching saison offers with its 7% alcohol a perfect balance between refreshment and character. With an IBU of 32 and an EBC of 12, this golden-hued beer has a pleasant bitterness and a light body. It is brewed with a carefully selected mix of barley, spelt, and wheat malt, which provides a full, complex flavour.

The aroma hop Huell Melon adds subtle fruity notes, while the addition of fresh ginger during the whirlpool gives the beer an extra fresh touch. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this beer retains its pure character and rich taste experience. Thanks to the secondary fermentation in the bottle, the beer further develops, resulting in a sparkling and refined finish.
