D'Oude Maalderij

The brewing installation of D'Oude Maalderij was named Frankie, as it was assembled from numerous parts from other stainless steel installations. With Frankie they make 10HL per brew, while the 2 horizontal and 6 vertical fermenters are each equipped to contain a double brew. All tanks are temperature controlled. 

Filtering, centrifuging and pasteurizing, they deliberately do not participate. All beers from D'Oude Maalderij are 100% natural and never contain chemical or synthetic additives.

Filling and bottling of barrels is also all done in the brewery.
