D'Oude Maalderij

The D'Oude Maalderij brewing installation was named Frankie, as it was composed of numerous parts from other stainless steel installations. With Frankie they make 10HL per brew, while the 2 horizontal and 6 vertical digesters are each provided to contain a double brew. All tanks have been temperature checked.

Filtering, centrifuging and pasteurizing, they deliberately do not participate. All beers from D'Oude Maalderij are 100% natural and never contain chemical nor synthetic additives.

Filling and bottling barrels are also all done in the brewery.
