Bachten De Kupe Saison

• Dark blond with an echo percentage of 5.6 °
• Beer of a top fermentation with secondary fermentation in the bottle
• Unfiltered and unpasteurized
• Dry in the mouth, slightly bitter and spicy with a fresh character
• Thirsty lesser, ideal as an 'abieritief' or drinker

Saison beer was originally brewed by farmers in the winter to be drunk by the seasonal workers in the harvest season. The beer had to be able to remain good until the summer, but it was allowed to have a not too high alcohol percentage. A good thirst quencher during or after all that hard work on the land.

This beer is brewed at the Deca Brewery in Vleteren.
