Collection: Tom's Brouwerij

Tom's Brewery was partly established thanks to the neighbor Ben. At an unexpected moment, he asked Tom if he was interested in learning to brew as well. As the son of a brewing family, he not only wanted to share his knowledge but also secure the future of his beloved beer Wijerse blonde . And so they started making his beer together on a new installation. However, this hobby quickly became much more than that. Curious and creative as he is, Tom began experimenting with other recipes, flavors, and aromas after brewing Ben’s traditional tripel. Meanwhile, he and his wife Caroline have brewed about ten very different beers that they enjoy tasting together. And neighbor Ben is certainly not forgotten…

Tom and Caroline live together with their 2 boys in Wijer. Fate brought them together, just as fate also helped a bit with the start of their brewery. When Tom’s mother brought a young hop plant as a gift for Danny, Caroline’s father, to Wijer a few years ago, she could never have imagined that a beer would one day be named after her, with her very own hop as an ingredient.

And so it continued. Meanwhile, there is also a Verloren donker and Verloren blond on the shelf. The name Verloren is derived from Verlaerstraat, where the microbrewery was founded.
