Collection: Tom's Brouwerij

Tom's Brewery was partly created by our neighbor Ben. At an unexpected moment he asked Tom if he would like to learn how to brew. As the son of a brewing family, he not only wanted to share his knowledge, but also to safeguard the future of his beloved beer Wijerse blond. And so they started making his beer together on a new installation. However, this hobby quickly became much more than that. Curious and creative as he is, Tom started experimenting with other recipes, flavors and scents after brewing Ben's traditional tripel. In the meantime, he and his wife Caroline have already brewed ten very different beers that they enjoy tasting together. And neighbor Ben will certainly not be forgotten…

Tom and Caroline live with their 2 boys in Wijer. Fate brought them together, just as fate also helped a bit with the start-up of their brewery. When Tom's mother brought a young hop plant to Wijer as a gift for Danny, Caroline's father, a few years ago, she could never have imagined that a beer would one day be named after her, with her own hop as an ingredient. 

And so it went on. In the meantime, there is also a Verloren dark and Verloren blondon the shelf. The name Lost is taken from Verlaerstraat, where the micro-brewery was founded.
