Cuvée Mam'zelle

Privateers on the coast! A young lady comes to join the game. It is a young lady that matured in oak wine barrels for a number of months and therefore has a deep but soft-bitter tannin in the aftertaste. The taste is full and complex because the brewers allowed controlled acidification in the maturing process. The Mam'zelle is originally a blonde beer. The maturation gave her a soft red glow. That is why she is called 'high blonde'. It has an alcohol content of 8.5%. The brewers say she is 'indomitable'.
