Cuvée Soeur'ise

The Enfant Terriple goes to cherry for 6 months. This concerns 250 g sour pitted cherries per liter of beer. During that time, the bacteria have time to further digest all the sugars and allow the gentle natural acidification to continue. In the meantime, the cherries slowly release their blood-red color and their delicious taste. Part of that cherry also goes into oak wine barrels where it further sours and softens for a year in the lactobacilius cultivation bed. The result is a triple kriek 'pur sang'. This makes the Cuvée family of Brouwerij De Leite a religious richer. The Cuvéé Soeur'Ise is a nod to the kriek in French (= 'cerise'). The dear sister has already seduced many people worldwide!
