The Emmer Bragot is a blend of the Emmer Session Sour with a mead of Spanish orange blossom honey and organic apple juice. Matured in triple sec barrels and then enriched with cinnamon and ginger, it reveals a wintery flavor mix from citrus and oak to honey and apple.
