BOENK! is a powerful quadrupel from Brouwerij Brixius in Kruibeke, with an impressive alcohol percentage of 10.5%. This amber-colored tasting beer combines a rich, sweet flavor with subtle notes of smoked oak, creating a complex and full taste experience. Despite the high alcohol content, the beer remains pleasantly drinkable, with a long, dry finish that invites lingering enjoyment. 

BOENK! was by far the best-tasting of all the brewery's previous test brews. The beer is ideal for aging; within a few years it would develop even more depth and complexity.
