The desire for an even bitterer beer grew at Brouwerij De Leite. Bitter is called 'amère' in French. 'Ma Mère Speciale' joined the ranks. The beer is dedicated to the mother of brewer Luc. 3 carefully selected and correctly dosed malts are surrounded by 7 fine hops. The golden-bitter 'mother' is, according to the brewer, 'unbitterable'.
