Pink Killer, a fresh and fruity white beer of 5% ABV, has been brewed since 2004 by Brasserie de Silly in Hainaut. This cloudy, pink-colored beer is a real thirst quencher with a striking profile: grapefruit, coriander and orange peel blend nicely with the soft malt and wheat flavors .

At the first sip, you taste the lightly sweet grapefruit accent, followed by a mild citrus bitterness and a fresh, fruity finish — ideal for sunny days or as a refreshing aperitif . The beer was even awarded gold at the Asia Beer Challenge 2020, a testament to its international character .

The name refers to “Killer”, the watchdog who protected the brewery during World War II — a piece of local folklore that gives the label a playful and historical accent .
