In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how barrel aging can influence the taste of a beer. Cask2023/04 is a Pinot Noir wine barrel in which their Quad the Fox has matured for 7 months. This imparts slightly acidic notes to the wine and complements the raisin flavors already present in the base beer.
