Tielts Kloosterbier Blond is a refined Belgian tripel (8% ABV) brewed by Brouwerij De Poes in Tielt. The beer revives an age-old local tradition, based on texts from the 17th-century Tielt dean Jan De Mol, and was brought back to life to honor the city’s rich monastic brewing culture. 

In the glass, Tielts Kloosterbier Blond appears golden blond and slightly hazy, with an elegant creamy head. The profile is soft and neutral, with a pleasant balance of fruity esters, mild hop bitterness, and subtle spices. The Belgian bitter and aroma hops used provide a fresh, floral note reminiscent of flowers and citrus, while the bottle refermentation adds complexity and lively carbonation.
