This hoppy and thirst-quenching saison offers a perfect balance between refreshment and character with its 7% alcohol. With an IBU of 32 and an EBC of 12, this golden beer has a pleasant bitterness and a light body. It is brewed with a carefully selected mix of barley, spelled and wheat malt, which ensures a full, complex taste.

The aroma hop Huell Melon adds subtle fruity notes, while the addition of fresh ginger during the whirlpool gives the beer an extra fresh touch. Unfiltered and not pasteurized, this beer retains its pure character and rich taste experience. Thanks to fermentation in the bottle the beer develops further, which ensures a sparkling and refined aftertaste.
