For THBRSTWRD’s third anniversary, they aged the Emmer Session Sour in a 100% Chardonnay barrel from British Columbia, Canada. This barrel gives the beer extra depth with layers of flavor and aroma: crisp white grapes and refined mineral notes, characteristic of Chardonnay, combined with a subtle wood touch. An elegant mix that takes the beer to new heights and makes every sip a special experience.
