For THBRSTWRD’s third anniversary, they matured the Emmer Session Sour in a unique Vino de Naranja de Huelva DOC cask. In this cask, sweet sherry and local orange peels macerated for six months. The result? A beautiful harmony between the soft acidity of the Emmer Session Sour and the refreshing, sunny notes of citrus, enriched with deep hints of orange and sherry.
