Haeseveld Strong Dark is a surprising fusion of four types of roasted malts and pilsner malt, brewed with the soft water pumped from a deep well beneath the brewery. That may sound technical, but you can taste the effect immediately: an exceptionally round, full body that gives this dark ale its unmistakable character. 

The rich aroma leads you through caramel, sweet candied sugar, and dried fruits like figs and dates. On the palate, soft malt flavors follow with a touch of chocolate and a hint of coffee, finishing with a perfect balance between candied sugar and roasted malt.
