The Amarillo Papitou is a New England IPA.

This blonde variant of IPA beer places much less emphasis on the hop bitterness that many IPA beers are known for. The NEIPA has a firm midriff with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

This Amarillo Papitou emphasizes fruity hop aromas that can be reminiscent of exotic citrus fruits.
