Valeir Extra is a citrus-hopped blond specialty beer with a sleek, dry character and a pleasant bitterness. This golden blonde beer is brewed in the style of an India Pale Ale (IPA) and combines floral and spicy aromas with a balanced, hop-bitter aftertaste. Valeir Extra was originally brewed in 2007 as an occasional beer in honor of the passage of the Tour of Flanders through Gavere. It was then called “El Toro”, but later found a permanent place in the range under the name Valeir Extra.

This beer is brewed in Brouwerij Contreras' own facilities.
