Every year, the brewery brews a beer with fresh hops that come directly from the area.

The neighbors of the Stroom Brouwers help with the picking, and the hops are immediately added green and fresh to the beer. This is the 2024 edition, in which a touch of Cascade hops from Poperinge has been incorporated. The result is a beer with fresh, grassy, and citrusy notes – a super refreshing creation!
