Ten Minutes to midnight is the first Imperial Stout from Fox Town Beer Crew . The goal was to make a big and fat (28°plato) pitch black beer with a complex malt composition that would result in an almost dessert-like beer.

Malt composition: Pale, Munich, Amber 70, Cookie Malt, Special B, Dark Chocolatmalt, Carafa III, barley flakes, Chocolat wheat malt, sugar.

Columbus hops were used for the hops.

This beer is brewed at Craywinckelhof.
