A bitter beer aged in oak. The beer originally has a light citrus bitterness due to its 4 hops and the dry hopping afterwards. The beer slowly turned sour while it aged for 4 months in oak wine barrels. The bold bitter-sour combination has been softened by this aging and is therefore very pleasant to drink.

This beer is brewed in our own facilities.
