Emmer is a session sour IPA and the first apero beer on the Belgian market. Bucket grain is used to obtain tints of hay, in addition to a yeast that provides a soft sour and hibiscus flowers for the color. Finally, 2 hops are added to give the beer citrus and even wine-like flavors.
