Eternal Hibernation Bourbon Infused

Eternal Hibernation, the first version of an English Barley Wine from Fox Town Beer Crew , is a perfect winter warmer.

The malts used are Maris Otter as base malt, Amber malt, CarafaII, Biscuit malt and wheat flakes.

Mangum and East Kent Goldings were selected as hops. 
Fermented with a London Style yeast.

This beer gives very malty, cookie and cake-like flavors and aromas with some herbal elements, with the bourbon infusion bringing out some vanilla, nutty and caramel accents.
