The first rays of sunshine of the year, poured into a glass.
Inspiration comes from wherever you find it — and the brewers at Dok traveled all the way to Japan for this one. The result is a wheat beer that takes you on a journey without leaving your seat. Wheat forms the soft, familiar base, but it’s the Japanese ingredients that truly set this beer apart: Buddha’s hand, also known as finger lime, and sancho pepper, a Japanese herb with a tingling citrus character unlike anything else.
What you get in the glass is surprisingly approachable: super refreshing, light-bodied, and infused with subtle citrus notes. The sancho pepper adds a playful, almost electric freshness that beautifully complements the finger lime. No excess, no fuss — just a refined, summery wheat beer with a nod to the Far East.
This is the beer you reach for when the terraces open and the sun finally makes its presence felt. Light, lively, and irresistibly drinkable.
Delicious as an aperitif, or pair with light Asian dishes like sushi, dim sum, or a fresh salad with sesame dressing.
