In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how barrel aging can influence the taste of a beer. Cask2021/06 is a bourbon barrel in which their Quad the Fox has matured for 30 months. Expect complex flavors where, in addition to subtle vanilla and oak, oxidation has created a complex Rancio effect, often found in older Cognac.
