RabarberGose

Rhubarb and apple juice was added to this Gose during the cooking process (in a ratio of 60%-40%). It can be recognized by its subtle perfume in the nose, tingling mineral mouthfeel, and slightly salty bitterness in the aftertaste. And in between a hint of fruit and light spice, which meanders playfully in all directions.

This rhubarb ose was brewed for plant-based coffee bar Klik in Dendermonde. That is why this gose is also very limited in availability.
