Roasted malt and winter herbs give this Christmas beer a festive character. 

The name of the beer refers on one hand obviously to Santa Claus, but on the other hand also to bees and honey. The label features a girl with wings and a Santa suit. The bee refers to honey, but also to the Biekens, an old gingerbread factory from Sint-Niklaas. Annick Sneyers, wife of brewer Kris Boelens, is the daughter of the former manager of the Biekens.

This beer is brewed in the own facilities of Brewery Boelens.
