Fruity wheat beer with raspberry, inspired by Berliner Weisse

Supreme is a free interpretation of a Berliner Weisse, a sour wheat beer that originally comes from Berlin. For this version, a special yeast is used, Lachancea, which produces both lactic acid (like the bacteria in yogurt and lambic) and alcohol (like traditional beer yeast).

The beer is brewed with a mix of pilsner and wheat malt, while EKG hops add a subtle, minty and spicy depth. Finally, a generous amount of organic raspberries is added, which provides the characteristic fresh tartness and a striking pink color.

The result is an accessible beer that is slightly sour and fruity, perfect for everyone – even for those who don't often drink beer. A refreshing and unique beer experience!
