The basis of this beer is kept simple and pure: pale malt forms the core, with a touch of Magnum hops for bitterness and Styrian Golding hops for a traditional continental aroma. But then the recipe takes a surprising turn.

During brewing, kveik yeast is used, a Norwegian farmhouse style known for its rapid fermentation. The type of yeast used adds a beautiful citrus aroma to the beer. Then, the whole is flavored with Sichuan pepper, which adds an extra dimension of complexity.
